Last Saturday, i went to Ole in Mix's city,lots of good stuffs there,but difficult to find something for baking. Charle's shop is ok, just too far for me. without baking powder etc, is not a choice to make a cake or Muffin.Then i choiced the salmon.
I don't exactly know what is caper，then i baidu it.anyway , counldn't find it,then i dicided move the material out of my recipe.
What i want to do is salmon with lemon and rosemary. Luck me, found a plant of rosemary in Leo, i can put in my house, take it whenever i want, always fresh and cheap.
4 salmon steak(6 ounce each)
1/4 cup original Olive oil
1/2 tsp slat
1/2 tbs fresh black pepper
8 slices of lemon (about 1-2 lemons)
1/4 cup lemon juices
1/2 red wine(or white wine)
4 caper(if u can find)
1.Brush over salmon with olive oil, mix with slat, caper and black pepper, standing for a while.
2. Put each salmon steak on a tinfoil, it must big enough to cover the whole steak and seal it. put two lemon slices on each steak, add 1 tbs of lemon juices and 2 tbs of wine on the steak. wrap the tinfoil tight .
Turn oven to middle/high,or preheat the oven. move the steak on the grill for 10 mins, it's done.
Server with tinfoil or plate.
The lemon and wine has diffrence sourness.when they mix, become to a new flavor, light the salmon, make it more fresh and light.i guess i did it all right.
Finished two steaks myslef. brought two to my friends. they love it. Well done, TTB!
