It's all just statistics. Pretenders come and go. And I've been watching them since childhood. Too real for empty talk & show. Back to Gates' Foundation work.

Dependent on which area you mean. Conservative, in the sense that they provide sensitivity analysis for changes in the problem data small enough so that the same decision variables remain basic, but it does not generally involve solving the problem. Or do you mean in a defining sense? A piecewise linear and convex function which corresponds to a perturbation or equation.
