Popping Cialis & Viagra like Altoids breath mints? Hey, that's none of my business but I don't mess with that stuff. I just take:
1200mg Omega 3&6 Fish Oil + Cod Liver Oil softgels + (Centrum) Multivitamin/Multimineral ("Ultra Men's) tablets
(from the USA) daily. I don't bother with anything else. Nor do I take painkillers. Unless I absolutely must.
If I had a weight problem (and to the best of my knowledge, I don't), I'd look into

Isabelle there are a few herbal remedy shops in downtown Wanchai and especially Central. Also you can get them on line. I have been using them for 10 years or so. I know MOC has had the enema experience in Thailand same as me. But if you want it without the fuss (and hose) there are tone available and a lot of information on line to help you decide which is right for you!

Nah, twas 2 years ago last time I was living there and purchased those. But they were in their somewhere near the rest of the herbal pills and remedies.
Nah, twas not me, twas the Kamster who kicked the dreaded weed for good, I have just not felt the urge to snort...I mean puff for a few days ; )
