What makes a reliable supplier?

Today I was asked by a new buyer how our service is. There  are several reasons he should choose us.

1. Good commuciation. Get to know the buyers' concerns and needs and recommend the right product. Provide professional advice, give correct product description and info of delivery time, payment method and warranty. We don't mislead the buyers.

2.Good quality (strict quality control)

3. competitve price (not the lowest but reasonable)

4. Fast delivery

5. Warranty (1 year)

6. After-sales following

7. Wide range of products

I have quite a few customers who referred me 2their friends or business partners. I am proud of myself although  I know I still have a long way to go. Just received "sorry" from a buyer who gave the order to 1 other supplier who offered better price. Ok, it is fine. At least I Iearned from the negotiation. So good night ... I miss you. You were the one who used to say good night to me. How are you?
