I bench pressed 100kg 2 sets 6reps each set.its taken along time to get to 100kg bench press.I did it on the smith machine.

Good job, 100kg is about 220 pounds and is a great start. I also echo what La Vie said though, get off the Smith Machine to get a more accurate reading of your ability, because there will be about a 20-30 pound difference. Normally, someone of decent strength can bench press their own body weight, so if you are under 220 you are doing good.
I will try the barbell bench press next time i do my chest and let you know how i do.
8months because i came back from a shoulder blade injury,started off on 20kg as i did not want to get hurt again then started going up from there.I have also been on creatine for just over a week and Im sure that it kicked in today when i was doing my workout.
