Before doing this I worked up to a 90kg Bench Press Single and 130kg Partial Partial Bench Press and 3X5X80kg full bench presses then did Back Squats up to 120kg single, then low partials with 140X10, med-low partials with 180X10, then moved to high partials as seen in video, did 240X1, 260X1, 280kgX1(in video) then tried 300kgX1 but couldn't move it.
Afterwards finished the workout with Rows working up to a 120kg single and 4X5X90kg

20kg bar + 8X20kg plates + 4X25kg plates = 280kg
