happiness to me is when you have experienced life, through which you have gone through the ups and downs, and without which you would never realise what's good and what's bad.
and without this contrast in life we would never know the magnitude/continuum and without this magnitude our life becomes a monologue and a picture without colour and even contrast.
we all want to have a simple life on the basis that we are sick of the complicated ugliness in reality, aren't we?
well , it,s quite complicated issue and mean while easy to explain it ... my point of vew hapiness is related to some other circles in life like : personality, experience ,and education background .. that,s why we see some people are poor but happy and oposite this point is related to the personality .. in an other hand some people are asking for too much when they don,t get it they,re unhappy we call this over expectations .. so the happiness can,t be discribed by a single word as sister lolita did it,s an assembly job
well not really. life is never simple, but our mindset could be... it's just a matter of choices and how you perceive the things and people around you. in a bigger picture it's how you see yourself in this world... whether you choose to live in an illusion with goals you would never attain/achieve, that way you end up stuck in the abyss of despair; or you choose to live happily with fewer secular desires and focus or at least strive for a balance between materialistic and spiritual gains.
