Speaking hypothetically:
What would happen if there was a person who was free of mental illness, basically intelligent, and had all normal human needs and wants with the following MAJOR EXCEPTION:
"He is in no way influenced by cultural norms, the opinions of others, or the expectations of society in any way whatsoever."
Would this person be capable of sustained relationships?
How would he dress, eat, earn a living, and entertain himself?
Would he live within the law?
Is it possible that he would do some things that would be unthinkable
for the rest?...

He is in no way influenced by cultural laws, the opinions of others, or the expectations of society in any way whatsoever.
The only way to do this would be to avoid all contact and knowledge of society. It is impossible to exist within a society and be completely free from its influence eh,,,. And no, if you are not influenced at all by the opinions of others, I don't think it would be possible to maintain inter-personal relationships, unless perhaps the other people were the same way. Yes I agree. I don't think this could happen unless this person, male or female, was a hermit and avoided all contact (media included) with the world. So then how would he or she survive if never leaving their home? How would he/she eat? Everyone likes to think that they never conform to societal norms, civil disobedience if you will, but in a way we all conform in some way, whether a little or all together. It is society that influences us and provides things for us to talk about, agree about, disagree about etc. That is how we form relationships, through similarities in opinions.

Whoa...ok let me clarify...if you've seen The Truman Show by Jim Carey, sort of like that but without the people, with just one shelter, a person living on a desolated island with all the means to survive.

he/she would definitely stand out among the crowd in terms of appearance. who knows what his eating habits, means to making a living, and self leisure would be simply due to the fact that his/her motto is, "whatever..."

As living beings and products of evolutionary forces, we are inherently selfish. We must be to survive.
The higher up the intellectual ladder of life forms that you climb, the more prevalent are the social and psychological forces that ultimately result in those to which you refer in your supposition - cultural norms, et al. These "influences" are the manifestation of the forces by which we, as social animals, control the group and prevent the natural selfishness of the individual from over-riding the interests of the larger society. They are the method, or social mechanism, by which we gain strength as a species. They are what make us moral and altruistic.
At some time in the history of Homo sapiens, we stopped evolving physically and our evolution became societal and cultural – exogenesis. And that process of societal or social evolution continues. It is ongoing. It is what now has the capability and potential to enhance the quality of our existence. As we gain more understanding of our social evolution and our social potential, we gain more capacity to free ourselves from many of the elements of our societal dictates that, although they served us in the past as a group, have also constrained our individual growth and freedoms.
So, to answer your questions, in order:
1) For a man, NO, for a woman, YES;
2) In whatever way advanced his individual interests and offered the highest rewards;
3) In so far as he weighed the risks of being caught against the chances of "getting
away with it"
4) Of course! He would do unspeakable things! You have described an amoral, self-
centered, sociopath.
And so it goes.

Note that in my previous post here I said, “… free ourselves from many of our societal dictates…,” but not ALL of them. Of course, as your hypothetical question implies, there are some negative aspects to many of the psychological behaviors that are a part of our everyday human interactions, but we shouldn’t “throw out the baby with the bath water,” so to speak.
We are at a stage in human societal evolution that is providing us with information and understanding at such an accelerated pace that we have the potential and opportunity to analyze and improve all aspects of our lives.
And a very good way to start, is to ask hypothetical questions.
And so it goes.
