no, she is my friend, she got 3k/month in 2005 before she went to UK for MBA degree...
when she finished study and come back to shenzhen, it is difficult to find a good job, she waste 1 month then start to work as a office assistant in A beset, make copy, send fax...

I don't know how to help you, I have some Chinese friends, someone got MBA from Canada and found good job in US company with very good payment, someone got MBA in UK but only found the job with 2k/month.
For foreigner, it will be more difficult, maybe you can try HK or SG, they both speak Chinese and English...
