My habit is sleep 3 or 4 am then wake up 3pm. it's not health, then i try to change, but so difficult for night animal like me. These days busy for cooking, and get some ppl to order foods. I love my bed, i believe when u sleep on a bed for long time, u left your smell and your soul on the bed. Friday night, i invited some friends come over for dinner. Room is not so big, but friends together eatting is another good experience.
